So I am sitting at the work bench the other day, trying to get all syked out for the upcoming holidays, and working on a piece I should have just hit with a hammer, and given up on, when the yard dogs went off. Because I do not hear so well, they are the doorbell to my little world, and let me know when I have a customer. I vaguely heard them and paid little to no attention until my house dog April sprang up and off the bed that is located in my workshop.
I looked up just in time to see April, my year old Australian Shepard come to life and fall partly off the bed, her hind feet dangling in mid air and her front feet digging in for a hold pulling all the makings off the bed towards her. She looked over at me, with this totally lost expression and then wiped it into high gear.
About the time her back feet made contact with a piece of heavy furniture behind her she was doing 90 mile per hour, she wiped across the queen sized bed, hung a right at the doorway, the only problem was her landing gear were not quit down and she missed the doorway altogether and ended up headfirst in a rather cluttered closet.
With a look of total bewilderment, she dug herself out of the clutter, shot me a look of total disdain, and barreled out of the house dragging several coat hangers worth of cloths behind her.
Needless to say, my customer was rather bewildered to be greeted in this fashion and then to see me doubled over, tears running down my face, laughing hysterically.
What a way to start the day, ok I am syked !!! LeeC

Yes, she was, and had the gaul to blame me. Everytime I looked at her, I burst out laughing, and she spent the rest of the day pouting.
