I have a bench my grandfather made for my uncle, who used it for years. After he retired it just collected dust in his basement. Now I have it. It is old, dirty, worn and has amazing character. I love it. My grandfather and uncle have since passed, but, I never feel alone when at it and if I need inspiration uncle Arthur always answers. Nice! The bench is beautiful. I just bought a used bench this weekend - not half as nice as yours and only half the size but it will be so much better than what I had - and so now I am re-arranging my studio and trying to make it more efficient than before.
