I love this cabochon! It has color, and pattern. I also love spirals; I combined the two in this necklace. I used patterned sterling and copper for the bail. The bezel is fine silver, as usual. I then strung it with jasper and glass beads separated by Bali silver.
This stone is a California native, as I am. It found a new home with a gentleman who purchased it after I restrung it with Mooakite beads. Selling a piece is such a validation!

It’s great to find all these new blogs on ganoksin. I really like the bail part of this bezel, what a creative, decorative touch, rather than just a plain smooth curved round….the touch of copper swirl brings out the colors in the stone. Great work, I love your design.
