    Mark- I think what you are looking for is a rondell. Many companies
    sell them. Rio Grande in Albuquerque, NM and Crystal Findings in
    Philadelphia 215-568-4200 has silver gold plated and CZ and colors,
    and  Nina Designs has them in 14k and precious stones
    www.ninadesigns.com . I order a lot from Rio, and they're great. 
    I've never ordered from Nina, I just visited the web site (not
    affiliated with any of these companies).  You might also check Fire
    Gems, I think they're on the web.
