Any tips for working Delrin? It seems like I need a bandsaw to cut it
(which I don't have). It seems like it would file pretty easily, but how
do you cut or form it?

Delrin is similar to teflon and nylon. It has good elastic properties .
When cutting it on a mill or lathe, a very sharp tool is needed. If you
are just cutting a rod to length then a hack saw would work well, but a
bandsaw would be desirable if you are cutting flat patterns. Unless there
are some tricks that I'm not aware of , Delrin does not form well.
(because of the elastic properties) It comes in a variety of diameters and
thickness . It is typically black in color ,but is also available in
    white.
