Dave,

    A band saw would be nice, but I don't have one (yet). I cut lengths of it
    with either a radial arm saw or a skill saw, and do more detalied cuts with
    a jig saw and or coping saw. It shapes beautifully with just about any
    burr. I've shaped several sinusoidal stakes (used for anticlastic raising)
    by using large wax burrs, and I've shaped dies, for hydralic forming, with
    worn out high speed burrs. The stuff is also a joy to drill, and with it
    I've made a number of draw plates for forming tubing, and for drawing down
    woven chain.
